Job summary

Hadrian is seeking an Infrastructure TPM to own cross-functional programs spanning capacity, reliability, and builder tools. You will partner with Infrastructure Engineering, IT, Security, and factory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions from discovery to execution.

You will define capacity standards, drive reliability maturity, and lead AI-enabled tooling adoption while navigating ambiguity and large-scale hardware environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on hardware procurement experience and provisioning.
• 5+ years in technical program management, including ownership of infrastructure programs at domain scale.
• Strong written communication with a preference for asynchronous updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the capacity process from forecasting through ordering to provisioning across factories, offices and engineering.
• Mature the reliability program including incident management, RCA reviews, and action item tracking across the company.
• Drive adoption of the builder tool suite that enables Hadrian to design, write, review, and ship software with AI.
• Own account, access, and device lifecycle as headcount and sites grow.
• Help define what TPM means at Hadrian and lead by example.
