Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. As a Technical Program Manager (Infrastructure), you will own programs spanning capacity, reliability, builder tools, and identity management.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, IT, Security, and factory teams in a growing TPM function. You are expected to have 5+ years in TPM for infrastructure, hands-on hardware provisioning, end-to-end ownership, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management for infrastructure.
• Hands-on hardware procurement and provisioning.
• End-to-end ownership of programs 0→1.
• Strong written communication for asynchronous updates.
• Able to influence across multiple functions.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity forecasting and provisioning across factories, offices, and engineering.
• Mature the reliability program: incident management, RCA reviews, and action item tracking.
• Drive adoption of the builder tool suite that puts AI into how Hadrian designs, writes, reviews, and ships software.
• Identity and access: Own account, access, and device lifecycle as headcount and sites grow.
• Function building: Define what TPM means at Hadrian, leading by example.
