Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, combining AI, software, robotics, and manufacturing.

The Infrastructure Technical Program Manager will own programs spanning capacity, reliability, builder tools, identity, and corporate IT, partnering with Infra Eng, IT, Security, and factory teams. You will join a small TPM group still defining its processes and drive AI-enabled development workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, owning large infrastructure programs.
• Hands-on experience with hardware procurement and provisioning.
• End-to-end ownership of programs from discovery to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own programs spanning capacity, reliability, builder tools, identity, and corporate IT.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, IT, Security, and manufacturing teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and progress visibility across the org.
