Job summary

Stripe, LLC. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure in South San Francisco. You will lead multi-team programs spanning developer, core and service infrastructure, delivering scalable solutions that power Stripe’s payments platform.

The role requires deep experience in software infrastructure, cloud compute and networking, and a track record of delivering large-scale programs. Onsite work and occasional travel may apply; compensation is not disclosed in this posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management.
• 4 years in Core infrastructure including database, cloud compute, networking.
• 5 years in software architecture and systems design.
• 5 years in technical program management for software infrastructure.
• 1 year in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Understand pain points in infrastructure usage and drive cross-domain solutions.
• Define and produce high quality proposals, communications and documentation.
• Execute on technical programs requiring deep systems and engineering knowledge.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Engineers and TPMs to drive programs.
• Shape technical design and predict roadblocks with engineers; assess trade-offs.
• Develop and iterate on program management techniques and KPIs.
