Job summary

Evolvers is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. The BSA will elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of project stakeholders, through interviews and analysis of current processes.

You will apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure deliverables meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite.
• Able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments.
• Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders; interview stakeholders and analyze current business processes and systems. BSA duties include data analysis, design solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing RFPs and contract scope of deliverables.
