Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our IT team in the United States. You will manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, MFA, and support critical business applications in a multi-server setup.

You will handle SQL Server backups/restores, network connectivity, VPNs, and end-user issues, participate in infrastructure upgrades, document procedures, and work with IT leadership on modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of IT infrastructure support or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking, VPNs, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows Server environments and related systems.
• Administer Active Directory, SSO, MFA, user accounts and access controls.
• Support business-critical applications and underlying infrastructure.
• Perform SQL Server backups, restores, and basic T-SQL tasks using SSMS.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, hardware, and end-user issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding from systems perspective.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and assist with issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configurations.
• Assist with upgrades, deployments, and modernization projects.
