Key Responsibilities for the IT Infrastructure Support Specialist:
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments, including troubleshooting server and system issues.
- Administer Active Directory, SSO, MFA, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Support and troubleshoot business‑critical applications and underlying infrastructure.
- Perform SQL Server backups, restores, and basic T-SQL administration using SQL Server Management Studio.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, hardware, printers, and infrastructure‑related end‑user issues.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding from a systems and access perspective.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and assist with identifying and resolving system issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, system configurations, and runbooks.
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, technology deployments, and modernization projects.
