Responsibilities

• Assist with support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate daily with clients to manage expectations and ensure CSAT targets.
• Respond to and resolve tickets in a timely manner; document resolutions.
• Maintain and update SOPs and supporting documents for knowledge sharing.
