Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect in Lansing, MI to architect and guide enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. This role focuses on governance, design, integrations, and future platform directions to meet business objectives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and provide leadership across IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient platform solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Architect (CSA) certification.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Architect and shape enterprise ServiceNow solutions supporting platform strategy, foundational services, and enterprise IT capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to influence ServiceNow platform governance, technical solution design, integrations, performance optimization, and long-term platform direction.

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications in CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM.
• ITIL Foundations V3 or higher certification.
