Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a team of infrastructure support engineers, delivering quality solutions for government customers and complex programs. You will partner with engineers to advance a world-class Software and Digital Technologies organization and provide strong functional leadership across programs including InSITE.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and a proven track record in delivering sophisticated engineering solutions

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science or STEM with 5+ years in engineering development projects or MS with 3+ years in engineering development projects
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• US Citizenship
• Experience delivering sophisticated engineering solutions for Government customers
• Experience in people and/or technical leadership roles
• Experience in infrastructure support areas (DBA, database building, recovery, patching, system admin, Linux/Windows, hardening, backup/recovery, file systems)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of infrastructure support engineers and ensure quality engineering support for programs, IRADs, and new business pursuits
• Collaborate with engineering professionals to provide engineering solutions for customers
• Foster a world-class Software and Digital Technologies organization
• Provide functional leadership in a strong engineering organization
• Participate in InSITE and other Northrop Grumman Defense Systems programs
