Qualifications

• United States citizenship required.
• Active US Government Top Secret clearance at application time with SCI eligibility.
• Polygraph accepted.
• Security+ within 60 days.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree with extensive software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and evolution of processes and infrastructure for rapid capability maturation.
• Integrate development pipelines with automation, test-driven development, and CI/CD.
• Define build, deployment, provisioning, and monitoring standards.
• Ensure SCM, code quality, and code coverage with automated testing in CI/CD.
• Lead Agile team to automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Create scripts and templates to automate provisioning and management.
• Collaborate with development teams to create automated CI/CD systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT staff for issue resolution.
• Oversee monitoring and support of installed systems and infrastructure.
• Develop custom scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Design information and operational support systems.
• Install and maintain OS, software, and system management tools.
• Oversee security, backups, and redundancy strategies.
• Evaluate application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
