Job summary

Meta in Phoenix seeks a Manager, Infrastructure Security and Compliance to lead the Security and Compliance team across data centers, facilities, labs, and operational tech. You will guide engineers, set strategy, and manage a portfolio spanning Meta's infrastructure.

You will own security architecture, risk governance, and regulatory assurance (SOX, SOC 2, ISO). Lead cross-functional collaboration, drive automation, and advance AI-enabled security to scale as the infrastructure grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years in infrastructure security, network security, or enterprise compliance.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams and leads.
• Experience owning security/compliance programs end-to-end in large infra.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers and specialists; manage team health and engagement.
• Oversee security architecture, threat detection, incident readiness, and risk governance.
• Lead SOX, SOC 2, ISO, and IT asset disposition and physical/environmental controls.
• Prioritize portfolio against operational risk and regulatory deadlines; make tradeoffs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security requirements and resources.
• Sponsor tooling and AI capabilities that scale security coverage.
