Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to review Contractor P6 baselines, analyze critical paths, and provide comments using LAUSD templates. You will assess monthly updates, create filters and charts in Primavera P6 to support the project team, and perform QA/QC on submittals to ensure contract conformance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, construction engineering or related field.
• Three years of full-time scheduling experience for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on educational facilities/public works projects.

Responsibilities

• Review Contractor P6 Baseline Construction Schedules and identify missing scope, logic or milestones.
• Review Contractor P6 Monthly schedule updates and document milestone schedule slippage and critical path activity slippage.
• Create activity schedule filters, layouts, and bar-charts in P6 Primavera to assist the project management team.
• Perform QA/QC on contractor submittals for conformance with contract scope and terms.
