Job summary

Morgner Construction Management Corp. seeks an experienced Scheduling Specialist to review contractor P6 baselines, analyze critical paths, and produce written schedule review comments using LAUSD templates.

Qualifications

• 1–10 years of full-time scheduling experience for Owners or General Contractors
• Experience on educational facilities or public works projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of scheduling concepts and critical-path method

Responsibilities

• Review baseline and monthly updates in P6, document milestones and critical path issues
• Create activity filters, layouts, and Gantt charts using Primavera
• Prepare QA/QC of contractor schedules and ensure conformance with contract terms
• Generate earned value curves per LAUSD templates
• Produce reporting materials for scheduling management
