Job summary

Paylocity seeks a skilled Construction Scheduler in Los Angeles to support scheduling for large educational/public works projects. You will work under senior schedulers to review baselines and monthly updates using LAUSD templates, and assist in generating reports in Excel and P6.

You will create Earned Value curves, perform QA/QC on contractor submittals for contract conformance, and ensure data integrity through proper coding and scheduling practices.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time scheduling experience for an Owner or GC.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 v19 and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Review baselines and monthly schedule updates per LAUSD templates.
• Assist in creating and populating schedule reports in Excel and P6.
• Create Earned Value curves per LAUSD EVA guidelines.
• QA/QC on contractors’ schedule submittals for contract conformance.
• Analyze schedules for proper codes, layouts and data integrity.
• QA/QC on P6 programs and validate logic ties.
• Update master schedule with as-built dates and coordinate inputs from Facilities teams.
