Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related construction management field
• At least 7 years managing civil/infrastructure projects
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera and budget control
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Familiarity with local codes and hybrid work environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of civil infrastructure projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Manage project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality, and safety regulations
• Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including local authorities and utility providers
• Identify and manage project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies
• Procure materials and equipment, managing supplier relationships
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to ensure timelines are met
• Lead the close-out process for projects, including final inspections and documentation
