Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for a year-long remote initiative focused on VMware migrations and network connectivity projects. You will collaborate with the Project Lead and infrastructure teams, participate in turnover calls, and be prepared for some nights and weekends.

This role is fully remote and may extend to other projects based on performance. The role requires strong coordination with various IT teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• Proven experience leading cloud migrations (VMware, network connectivity related projects).
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts and decisions for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and resolve conflicts between teams and stakeholders.
• Strong risk management skills (able to identify, document, and mitigate risks before they become issues).
• Project tracking experience with MS Project & Jira PMP.

Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team. This role will be brought on to support an initiative where the infrastructure team is doing a VMware migration. You will work with the Project Lead and work very closely with the network and infrastructure teams. You will be a part of the VMware turnover calls which will require some nights/weekend work. This role is fully remote and will be a year long initiative with extensions onto other projects from there if things go well.
