Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• 1–3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience.
• Strong empathetic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Integration and supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective.
• Develop new systems and procedures for automated planning, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking.
• Coordinate and maintain ongoing workplans and monitor overall project health.
• Review plans and schedules for compliance with the master schedule and resolve inter-functional conflicts.
• Lead or participate in daily/weekly/monthly meetings and report project status.
• Track and oversee project costs against budgets.
