ACCIONA is seeking an Accounting Associate to process and match vendor invoices, code expenses to project cost codes, and reconcile statements for a major Georgia project. The role supports month-end close and maintains vendor records.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Experience preferred in invoicing or accounting roles.

Responsibilities

• Process and match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts and other backup.
• Code expenses accurately to designated project cost codes.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor files, digital archives, and audit documentation.
• Assist with month-end close tasks, including cost accruals.
• Assist with new suppliers and maintain accurate database records.
• Assist with sales and use tax filings.
• Maintain knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management's direction.
