ACCIONA is seeking an Accounting Associate to process and match vendor invoices, code expenses to project cost codes, and reconcile statements for a major Georgia project. The role supports month-end close and maintains vendor records.

• Maintain vendor files, digital archives, and audit documentation.
• Assist with month-end close tasks, including cost accruals.
• Assist with new suppliers and maintain accurate database records.
• Assist with sales and use tax filings.
• Maintain knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management's direction.

The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA. Commissioned by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA), the project will add two 16-mile express lanes from Sandy Springs MARTA Station (Exit5) to McFarland (Exit12), enhancing mobility along one of Georgia's busiest corridors. With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and significant improvements to the corridor. Construction began in late 2022, with substantial completion anticipated in2031.

Education and/or Experience

Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field required. Experience preferred.
