ACCIONA is seeking a Project Administrator to support the SR400 Express Lanes project in the United States. You will process and match vendor invoices, code expenses, and assist with month-end close while maintaining vendor files and audit documentation.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Accounting, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to manage cost-related records and accruals. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are included.

• Experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and match vendor invoices with purchases orders and receipts.
• Code expenses to designated project cost codes.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor files, archives, and audit documentation.
• Assist with month-end close tasks and cost accruals.
• Assist with new suppliers and maintain records.
• Support tax filings and related financial tasks.
