Job summary

ACCIONA is a global company delivering regenerative infrastructure and sustainable solutions. The Project Administrator role supports vendor invoices, cost tracking, and accounting records on the SR400 Express Lanes project in Georgia.

You will code expenses to project codes, reconcile statements, assist with month-end close, and help maintain supplier databases while upholding ACCIONA's values and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Developing analytical skills.
• Takes personal ownership over tasks and asks for help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle vendor invoices and backing documentation (receipts, tickets).
• Track project related costs and timesheets.
• Process and match vendor invoices with PO and receipts.
• Code expenses to designated project cost codes.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor files, archives, and audit documentation.
• Assist with month-end close tasks and cost accruals.
• Assist with new suppliers and maintain database records.
• Assist with sales and use tax filings.
