Job summary

You will code expenses to project codes, reconcile statements, assist with month-end close, and help maintain supplier databases while upholding ACCIONA's values and compliance standards.

The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA. Commissioned by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA), the project will add two 16-mile express lanes from Sandy Springs MARTA Station (Exit 5) to McFarland (Exit 12), enhancing mobility along one of Georgia's busiest corridors. With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and significant improvements to the corridor. Construction began in late 2022, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031.

Job Description

• The Project Administrator support and handles vendor invoices and their backup such as receipts and tickets. Maintain Accounting records.
• Track and support project related costs, including employee and equipment timesheets, and support other financial operations.
• Process and match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts and tickets, slips, vouchers or other invoice back up information.
• Code expenses accurately to designated project cost codes.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor files, digital archives, and audit documentation.
• Assist with month-end close tasks, including cost accruals.
• Assist with new suppliers and maintain accurate database records.
• Assists with sales and use tax filings.
• Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management's direction.
