ACCIONA is seeking a Cost Control Engineer for the SR400 Express Lanes Project in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This role involves tracking cost accruals, performing reconciliations, and managing financial reporting for a $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cost construction or project engineering.
• Knowledge of construction cost control practices and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Tracking status of cost accruals and pay applications.
• Identifying discrepancies and performing subcontract reconciliation for production scope.
• Facilitating weekly meetings with the construction team for proper coding.
• Reviewing/process requisitions and change order requests.
