Job summary

LA28 in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager to shape venue program plans, schedules and resourcing for the 2028 Games. You will turn program data into reports and recommendations for senior executives, coordinating internal, contracted and remote teams with a one LA28 mindset.

You will develop dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track milestones, risks, and performance, and guide leaders on scope, schedule, cost and risk decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business management or 7 years of equivalent infrastructure program management experience.
• 7+ years in infrastructure, construction planning or program management, with leadership experience.
• Strong reporting with dashboards in BI tools and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure program plans including scoping, resourcing, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
• Report program data with clear, actionable insights for LA28 leadership.
• Prepare agendas and action plans for senior executives.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents to track milestones and risks.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and support change management.
• Support broader duties as needed during peak event periods.
