Job summary

LA28 seeks a Manager, Energy Program Management to own end-to-end energy delivery for Olympic venues in Los Angeles. You will lead a team of project managers and coordinate with engineering, utility providers, contractors and jurisdictions to ensure on-time, within-budget power across planning, design and implementation.

You will oversee overlay design, track progress, manage risks, and report to senior leadership using Smartsheet, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or energy project management, including complex electrical projects.
Experience directly managing a team of project managers and working with senior executives across multiple functional areas.
Proficiency with reporting and project-management tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end energy delivery at assigned Games venues through design, installation, and operations, owning timelines, budgets, and resources.
Supervise a team of project managers, setting priorities and overseeing their venue workstreams.
Lead the electrical overlay design process, running cross-functional meetings with engineering, design, and power delivery teams.
Track and report deliverable status, issues logs, dashboards, meeting minutes, and change orders to keep leadership informed.
Identify delivery risks and implement mitigations with contractors, utility providers, Authorities Having Jurisdiction, and partner functions.
