Job summary

HNTB North Texas is seeking a Senior Project Manager focused on TxDOT projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full lifecycle, from scope development to contract negotiations, ensuring quality, schedule and budget goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience, plus proven leadership, risk management, and client communications skills to deliver projects that meet HNTB’s 4 for 4 commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in preparing technical proposals.
• Lead client liaison and manage project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, and production for projects.
• Implement project delivery plan and mentor the project team.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, development and performance reviews.
• Support business development for mega projects and prepare proposal materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
