Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures key client relationships; primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Oversees financial performance; manages cash, budget, schedule and scope to meet goals.
• Staffing and resource planning; staff development and performance reviews.
• Leads pursuits of mega projects; collaborates on long-term client strategies and proposals.
• Supports pursuit teams with proposal materials and industry presentations.
