Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced leader to head the Infrastructure Project Management Team. You will guide complex infrastructure initiatives, partner with engineering and business leaders, and drive accountability and proactive problem solving across projects.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience with PMP preferred, and expertise in Planview/PPM platforms. You will supervise PM professionals and ensure successful, on-time delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience preferred.
• Professional project management certification (PMP) preferred.
• Experience with Planview or other project and portfolio management (PPM) platforms preferred.
• Experience managing project management professionals while maintaining direct project or program delivery responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Infrastructure Project Management Team, setting expectations for delivery, performance, and accountability.
• Develops and coaches project management professionals to foster ownership and problem solving.
• Directly manages complex infrastructure projects across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
• Builds partnerships with engineering, business leaders, and vendors to remove obstacles and drive delivery outcomes.
• Communicates project health, risks, and recommendations with clarity to enable informed decisions.
