Job summary

Courser seeks an Infrastructure & Cloud Systems Engineer to own day-to-day management of Azure, Entra ID, and M365 environments. You will bridge operations with security, IT governance, and automation teams, driving reliability and scalable cloud architecture.

You will lead advanced troubleshooting, enforce least-privilege access, and automate routine admin tasks using PowerShell and Graph API. This role offers growth across a nationwide IT operations context.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on enterprise systems engineering or cloud infrastructure delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure networking, and AVD administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure infrastructure, VNets, storage, and resource groups.
• Administer Entra ID, CA policies, PIM, and phishing-resistant authentication.
• Lead Tier 3/4 escalations for identity, Exchange Online, virtualization, and cloud infra issues.
• Align with outsourced Tier 1/2 helpdesk, validate escalation workflows, and maintain SOPs.
• Collaborate on security/compliance, SOC 2 controls, and automated evidence gathering.
• Automate recurring tenant tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
