Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT, with 5+ years on Azure/M365 and 5+ years network administration.
• Certifications in Cisco networking, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Windows Server 2019+ and Windows 10+, on-premises and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead tier-1 and tier-2 infrastructure support teams.
• Build and deploy Cisco Meraki SD-WAN sites and Azure VLANs.
• Manage Azure, Active Directory, DNS, and M365 accounts.
• Conduct security vulnerability assessments and remediate findings.
• Provide Tier-3 management across multiple infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with Cloud Providers for patches and data integration.
• Maintain change control and IT procedures documentation.
• Create and maintain Group Policy objects for efficiency.
• Monitor performance, alerts, and outages across major systems.
• Perform security and compliance reviews and produce findings.
• Deploy hosted apps with SSL certificates and domain security.
• Develop automation with PowerShell scripts for Windows/Azure.
• Administer Teams configuration for groups and VOIP rooms.
