Job summary

MegaCorp Logistics, LLC. is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to drive the design, operation, and improvement of our IT infrastructure. You will oversee networks, servers, cloud platforms, and communications to ensure uptime, security, and performance while guiding a talented team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-level or higher IT education preferred.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related field.
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience with FinOps, Azure cost governance, cloud monitoring, budgeting and spend optimization preferred.
• Experience designing highly available cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, maintenance, performance, security and reliability of IT infrastructure.
• Oversee infrastructure projects and partner with application/business teams.
• Ensure networks, servers, databases, cloud and communications run efficiently.
• Drive cost optimization and cloud optimization without compromising performance.
• Mentor and develop the infrastructure team through leadership and coaching.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and support models.
