48forty Solutions is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Leader to oversee the technology foundation across plants, Relogistics sites, and corporate offices. You will drive cloud and enterprise infrastructure, cyber security, telephony, and the rugged device fleet, ensuring production continuity across a distributed footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading multi-site networks and Azure/365 environments.
• Experience owning operating budgets and MSP management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team including cloud operations and cyber security managers.
• Own hiring, performance management and succession planning for the function.
• Set infrastructure standards and the multi-year technology roadmap.
• Represent infrastructure to Finance, Operations and executive leadership.
• Establish change management, incident & problem management, and capacity planning.
• Own the Microsoft Azure estate: landing zones, Entra ID governance, cost management.
• Oversee hybrid Windows Server, virtualization, storage, and DR program.
• Define site-tier resilience with recovery objectives and drills including plant floors.
• Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and baseline configurations.
• Partner with business systems and data teams for enterprise apps infrastructure.
• Own WAN design, carrier relationships, and diverse connectivity by site.
• Lead security tooling consolidation and incident response readiness.
• Respond to security questionnaires and audits; manage risk posture.
