Job summary

Infosys Finacle seeks an experienced Infrastructure Architect Lead to drive enterprise cloud transformation and modernization for global banking clients. You will define architectures, guide migrations, and lead automation and security initiatives across AWS and Azure.

The role requires mentoring teams, engaging executives, and delivering measurable business outcomes while optimizing TCO and operating efficiency.

Qualifications

12-18 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, cloud engineering, or transformation.
Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud solutions using AWS and/or Azure.
Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migration and modernization programs.
Strong expertise in cloud-native patterns: microservices, serverless, containers, and Kubernetes.
Hands-on knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates).
Experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
Strong understanding of networking, security, governance, compliance, DR, and BC requirements.
Experience in regulated environments with data privacy and security controls.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
Define target-state architecture and roadmaps aligned with business, security, and operations.
Design scalable, highly available, secure cloud solutions leveraging native services.
Drive large-scale cloud migration and modernization including rehosting and refactoring.
Architect and implement IaC solutions and automation tools.
Lead DevOps adoption with CI/CD, environment provisioning, and release management.
