Redwood Trust, Inc. in Denver seeks an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for Azure and on‑premises infrastructure, automation, and DR. You will drive cloud adoption, define standards, and partner with security and app teams.

Responsibilities include scaling fault‑tolerant designs, implementing IaC with Terraform or Bicep, managing cost, and overseeing the endpoint program with Intune across Windows and macOS. Leadership and vendor management are key.

Qualificações

• Ten or more years leading design and support of enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong Azure experience across networking, identity, compute, governance.
• Experts in disaster recovery, uptime, and data center migrations.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD.
• Endpoint management with Intune across Windows and Mac.
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the infrastructure engineering team and set standards.
• Own the Azure environment including landing zones and cost management.
• Drive IaC and pipeline delivery using Terraform or Bicep with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Operate on‑premises/hybrid footprint and decide migrations.
• Own backup, DR, and business continuity with tested recoveries.
• Manage endpoints across Windows and macOS via Intune.
• Oversee monitoring, capacity planning, and automation.
• Manage vendor relationships and renewals; control infrastructure budget.
