AccruePartners seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to design, deploy, and maintain a broad IT stack including Azure, Windows, Linux, and networking. You will mentor Tier 2/3 engineers and partner with vendors to drive ongoing improvements.

You will lead critical infrastructure initiatives, ensure security best practices, and align technology plans with business objectives in a rapidly growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or support roles with leadership or advanced technical guidance.
• Strong technical expertise with Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency across a broad infrastructure stack, including networking, virtualization (Nutanix/VMware), Windows and Linux servers, and backup/replication technologies.
• Experience overseeing offshore support resources is a plus.
• Familiarity with security practices, incident response, access control, and compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, Azure cloud services, Windows and Linux servers, and network LAN environments.
• Monitor and maintain secure, resilient systems, ensuring security best practices and aiding incident response measures.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineers, mentoring and guiding the team.
• Develop infrastructure roadmaps and strategic improvement plans aligned with business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality IT services and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead or support incident response efforts for infrastructure-related issues.
