Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure/System Administrator/Desktop Support Technician to support multiple sites nationwide from Albuquerque, NM. You will deploy desktops, manage software and hardware, and secure systems across unclassified and classified environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell hardware.
• Solid understanding of network communications and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy desktops (physical/virtual); troubleshoot hardware including monitors and docking stations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user applications and certificates.
• Restore and migrate data; troubleshoot file permissions and decryptions.
• Document all work in trouble tickets and meet SLAs/quality standards.
• Patch network ports, trace lines, and support network switch installation.
• Configure and maintain UPS devices and coordinate downtime with vendors.
• Install and support VOIP phones and voicemail systems.
• Coordinate hardware replacements with vendors for multi-step processes.
• Plan user moves including connectivity, devices, and phones.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local security/badging systems.
• Prepare obsolete assets for compliant disposal.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and support both unclassified and classified systems.
