• Coach and mentor engineers; provide training and administrative support.
• Monitor systems to ensure high infrastructure performance.
• Define epics with customers and refine requirements into actionable stories.
• Manage staffing, hiring, performance reviews and budget.

• Special projects as assigned by management.
