Job summary

Church Mutual Group is seeking an IT Service Manager – Cloud & Infrastructure Operations to lead reliable, secure, and scalable cloud and on‑premises platforms. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and partner with architecture teams to deliver operations excellence, cost efficiency, and improved service levels.

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive process improvements, manage incidents, and coordinate with security and vendor teams to align IT initiatives with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong experience managing on‑premises and cloud platforms and related operations.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational leadership activities, shaping priorities and roadmaps.
• Supervise IT staff and manage workload, performance, and staffing.
• Ensure service reliability, monitor operations, and report KPIs/SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and standardize procedures.
• Lead major incidents and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage vendor relations and contract oversight.
