JPMorganChase is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer III in our Consumer and Community Banking group. You will leverage strong knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes to support infrastructure engineering across multiple applications with a focus on data, scale, and end-to-end monitoring.

The role requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Python scripting, Git, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure disciplines including hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation, scaling, resilience and performance.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure Cloud platforms and Python or other scripting tools.
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps deployment practices; experience with Tableau for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with CMDB inventory management and reporting tools such as ServiceNow; observability platforms like Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace.
• Ability to use Agile practices and Jira for planning and delivery; turning manual workflows into automated ones.

Responsabilités

• Applies technical knowledge to projects of moderate scope focusing on data and systems at scale, ensuring end-to-end monitoring.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation with proper validation.
• Resolves nuances and determines escalation paths.
• Executes conventional approaches to build or break down technical problems.
• Drives daily activities supporting standard capacity process applications.
• Partners with app and infra teams to identify capacity risks and govern remediation statuses.
• Considers upstream/downstream data and systems and their implications.
• Makes significant decisions for multi-technology projects.
• Applies AI-assisted approaches to identify recurring capacity risks and improve remediation workflows, ensuring resiliency and security alignment.
