You will work under the Consumer and Community Banking team, applying AI-assisted methods to monitor systems and drive capacity decisions.

The role requires strong cloud, scripting, and FinOps experience, plus ability to validate AI-driven recommendations while ensuring security and resiliency.

Qualifications

• Formal training in infrastructure engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
• Experience with cloud cost management and optimization across providers.
• Proven ability to leverage GenAI/agentic AI for automation and cost optimization.
• Hands-on FinOps experience focused on AWS cloud and AI automation.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted recommendations with strong data sensitivity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical knowledge to projects of moderate scope with end-to-end monitoring.
• Discover, analyze, and prioritize cloud cost optimization using GenAI and agents.
• Collaborate to design, implement, and scale GenAI agent-based cost optimization.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate monitoring and capacity analysis.
• Resolves most nuances and determines escalation paths.
• Supports capacity processes and remediation status governance with teams.
• Makes significant decisions for multi-technology projects.
• Applies reuse-first AI to identify recurring capacity risks and improve workflows.
