WRITER, a leader in enterprise AI, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate scalable, reliable systems across cloud platforms. You will drive on-call readiness, implement robust monitoring, and shape the future of our high-availability platform.

You will join a hybrid team based in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, or London, collaborating with product and security to deliver enterprise-grade AI workflows that scale with demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering or DevOps at a high-growth company.
• Experience with production containerisation and at least one major cloud.
• Daily use of AI-assisted workflows and agentic tooling.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, performance, and efficiency of core services end-to-end.
• Define SLOs, manage on-call, and uphold observability investments.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant infra across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Lead incident response, post-mortems, and RCA with root-cause focus.
• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams.
