Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage users, groups, and systems within the CAYA IT environment in our Bowling Green, KY office. You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Software, and Helpdesk teams to maintain AD and M365, patch systems, automate workflows, manage file shares and access controls, and resolve L3 issues while guiding L2 support when needed.

This role requires hands-on configuration, documentation, and cross training with Network and Security teams,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• 2-year degree minimum or equivalent certifications
• Proficiency in PowerShell or similar automation tools
• Strong networking fundamentals (VLANs, subnets, firewalls)

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Active Directory and M365 environments
• Patch management for supported systems
• Automate and document IT workflows
• Cross-train and collaborate with Network and Security Admin
• Manage file shares and group access controls
• Resolve L3 tickets and assist with L2 tickets when needed
