Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage users, groups, and systems within the CAYA IT environment in our Bowling Green, KY office. You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Software, and Helpdesk teams to maintain AD and M365, patch systems, automate workflows, manage file shares and access controls, and resolve L3 issues while guiding L2 support when needed.

This role requires hands-on configuration, documentation, and cross training with Network and Security teams,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• 2-year degree minimum or equivalent certifications
• Proficiency in PowerShell or similar automation tools
• Strong networking fundamentals (VLANs, subnets, firewalls)

• Patch management for supported systems
• Automate and document IT workflows

POSITION SUMMARY:This position is the primary personnel responsible for managing and maintaining the user, group, and systems within the CAYA IT environment. They will be supported by and help support the Infrastructure, Software, and Helpdesk teams.
