Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the production environment team, ensuring high-scale network, server, and systems support for millions of customers.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize production networks and virtual environments, participate in incident triage, bridge calls, and 24/7 on-call rotations to ensure uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience.
• Strong skills in networking (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Server management, hardware upkeep (HP), and RMA experience.
• Kubernetes experience and scripting/programming skills are nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain production Network, Servers, and virtual environment.
• Participate in high-level incident triaging, bridge calls, and operational workflows.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations (approximately once every 12 days, which may include weekends) and be ready to support night maintenance windows as needed.
