Job summary

Harrington Industrial Plastics LLC is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and scale IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. You will support daily operations, drive technical initiatives, and partner with teams across the business to deliver impactful solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in an Infrastructure Engineer role, with experience on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and familiarity with IaC, containers, and scripting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Infrastructure Engineer role or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Exposure to cloud disaster recovery strategies and modern infra tools.
• Proven ability to lead or contribute to technical projects.
• Familiar with containers, IaC and configuration management basics.
• Scripting experience is a plus (Python/PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Manage and support infrastructure across Windows, Unix/Linux, networking and cloud platforms.
• Monitor system alerts, triage issues and respond to maintain uptime.
• Lead infrastructure projects, partnering with IT and business stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional teams with incidents and escalations.
• Execute core processes including patching, monitoring and system maintenance.
• Assist with M&A integrations, including migrations and infra support.
• Develop and maintain architecture, SOPs, standards and policies.
• Look for ways to improve performance, reliability and scalability.
• Support additional initiatives and projects as needed.

You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, leading technical initiatives, and partnering with teams across the business to drive impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Scripting experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus
