Job summary

Swiss Re Group Asset Management is seeking a professional to contribute to private infrastructure debt investments across North America. You will be involved in the full investment lifecycle—from origination to portfolio management—gaining broad exposure to this asset class.

The role requires 2-3 years' experience in banking or asset management with strong analytical and credit assessment skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in banking, asset management or equivalent infrastructure finance role, preferably front-office.
• Strong understanding of technical, legal, commercial and accounting aspects of infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in relevant software.
• Written and verbal fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Review directly originated infrastructure debt deals across sectors including digital infrastructure, renewables, energy, transportation, and social infrastructure.
• Analyze infra debt transactions including financial modelling, legal, technical and market due diligence.
• Develop and write investment credit memoranda for investment committee discussions.
• Establish and maintain a robust investment process and governance for internally sourced transactions.
• Monitor portfolio performance through quarterly/annual reviews and report on industry trends.
• Stay informed about key players and market developments to contribute to investment views and strategies.
