This permanent role requires a quantitative degree and 5+ years in infrastructure banking, with deep modeling, due diligence, and deal execution skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years infrastructure banking or investment experience in North America.
• Established relationships with infrastructure sponsors, advisors, banks, and consultants.
• Experience with investment-grade and below investment-grade lending and advanced modeling.
• Strong credit judgment and financial analysis abilities; ability to balance risk and return.

Responsibilities

• Source infrastructure debt opportunities in North America through networks.
• Promote Rothesay’s profile at industry events and conferences.
• Conduct detailed due diligence, credit analysis, and underwriting.
• Prepare complex financial models to analyze investments and test assumptions.
• Oversee deal execution including legal documentation and portfolio monitoring.
• Collaborate across teams to improve risk-adjusted returns.
