The infrastructure debt team is responsible for identifying and executing attractive private infrastructure debt investments.In this role, you will be involved in the complete investment lifecycle — from origination and due diligence to execution and portfolio management. Key responsibilities include reviewing and assessing private financing deals in the pipeline, analyzing infrastructure finance transactions including legal, technical, and market due diligence, and interrogating financial models and conducting scenario analysis. You will develop and write investment credit memoranda, conduct detailed reviews of transaction documentation, and establish a robust investment process and governance framework for internally sourced transactions.Additional duties include monitoring portfolio performance through quarterly and annual reviews, analyzing the existing portfolio, reporting on industry trends, staying informed about key players and market developments, and contributing to investment views and strategies.
