Ares Infrastructure Debt is seeking an Associate to join its NY team. The role focuses on building financial models, evaluating investments, and supporting deal execution across the infrastructure sectors.

You will present memos, perform market research, and assist in portfolio management for each investment. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interact with senior management and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience from a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm in infrastructure project finance, M&A, corporate finance or investment.
• Strong finance and analytical abilities with financial modeling in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and determine capital structure with debt and equity.
• Conduct in-depth diligence to understand investment merits and risks.
• Prepare and present investment memos to the investment committee.
